SUBSTANCE: said technical result is achieved by the fact that user equipment (UE) includes a receiving circuit configured to receive system information, containing first information of first time domain resource allocation for physical downlink shared data channel (PDSCH); wherein the receiving circuit is also configured to receive a UE-specific radio resource control (RRC) signal containing second time domain resource assignment information for the PDSCH, as well as with possibility of PDSCH reception in accordance with either first time domain resource allocation information, or with second time-domain resource allocation second information based on physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) detection.

EFFECT: increased flexibility and/or efficiency of data exchange.
