SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biodegradable polymer materials and their use in agricultural technologies and can be used for growing plants in conditions of open and closed soil, in personal subsidiary plots, during research in biotechnology and plant breeding. Disclosed is a composite fibrous non-woven material containing polylactide and natural rubber, with the following ratio of components, wt. %: polylactide 85–95, natural rubber 5–15. Invention makes it possible to produce elastic material that preserves biodegradability and mechanical destruction under action of developing root system.

EFFECT: disclosed invention can be used as a base for sowing seeds and growing plants.
