FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna measurements and radio measurements and is intended for automated measurement of input and mutual resistance of antennae in a wide frequency range. Method comprises excitation of first antenna by bipolar rectangular pulses sequence, measurement of input voltages and currents in both antennas with subsequent analogue-to-digital conversion of measured values into numerical sequences of data in time domain, converting them into numerical sequences of data in frequency domain by means of fast Fourier transform, calculation of module and argument of input/mutual resistance of antennae according to Ohm's law.

EFFECT: technical result of the disclosed method consists in reducing the time of measurements of input and mutual resistance of antennas in the operating frequency range to the "real" mode, high noise-immunity of measurements, automation of measurements and unification of measurement schemes of input and mutual resistance of antennae.
