FIELD: vehicles in general; measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to operation of vehicles and can be used in operational control of technical condition of motor vehicles. Method for vibration diagnostics of gearboxes consists in measurement of vibration accelerations and their conversion into spectrograms, as well as spectrograms of envelopes of high-frequency component of signals of vibration accelerations, selection of local maxima in them and their comparison with maxima on preset reference spectra of envelope of vibration signal. Formation of reference amplitude-frequency spectra and envelope spectra of vibration signals is carried out by determining a set of frequencies (harmonics) corresponding to each defect. At the stage of vibration diagnostics, the occurrence and development of a defect or damage is judged by compliance of local amplitude maxima on the reference sets of frequencies (harmonics) with current ones recorded during measurements. Then, program modules based on neural network algorithms are used, with the help of which diagnostics is carried out, which is more adaptive to the current technical state of the transmission unit, changing the set of frequencies in the spectral characteristics of vibration accelerations, as well as the number of defects, which enables to obtain the required and sufficient volume of output data, input data are obtained by means of test runs carried out at characteristic speed and load modes, which make it possible to determine in the best way spectral characteristics of the required operational defects and damages of gearboxes.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurements.
