FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: acoustic microscope comprises a oscillator with a generator of the probing pulses, a transducer with an acoustic lens, a switch of the probing and reflected signals, a three-axis drive for scanning the sample, a fluid flow generator, a scanning control unit, a unit of forming, registering and processing the measurement information. The forming unit of the measuring information includes a serially connected adjustable amplifier, a quadrature mixer with a quadrature oscillator, a dual-channel low frequency filter, a dual-channel analog-to-digital converter, a signal processor coupled to the data exchange bus with the PC. The switch of the probing and the reflected signals is based on the high-speed operational amplifiers according to the circulator circuit. The control PC is connected to the control generator inputs of the probing pulses, the adjustable amplifier, the quadrature oscillator, the fluid flow generator and the scanning control unit.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality, improving the measurement accuracy, as well as expanding the dynamic and frequency range of the studied acoustic signals.
