FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and pharmaceutics, namely to a method of treating vulvovaginitis in frequently ill preschool children, including applications of "Phagogin" bacteriophage gel for intimate hygiene twice a day for first 7 days of treatment and once a day for following 7 days, characterized by that the "Phagogin" gel is applied on the vulvar mucosa in dose of 3 ml, and from the first day, the therapeutic course additionally involves rectal suppositories Veferon, which before each application of "Phagogin" gel is administered to a child in dose of 150000 ME. Therapeutic course makes 14 days.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the number of recurrences of vulvovaginitis in frequently ill preschool children when treating vulvovaginitis in accordance with the method of the invention.
