SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pediatric gynecology, and can be used for prevention of recurrent synechias external genital organs after their dilution in girls infants and children at early age. For this purpose the skin in the area of labia minora epithalamic commissure is smeared with 5 % "Bepanten" ointment. That is followed by gynecologic massage in the girl supine position with her legs adducted and abducted. For this purpose thumb cushions are overlapped along the labia minora, and by their sidewards and downwards movement a single tension of the skin is performed within the labia minora epithalamic commissure area. Procedure is to be performed once a day for 6 months.

EFFECT: method provides effective and painless preventing of labia minora agglutination at recurrent synechias.
