FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: biological material is sampled from the patient by smearing a lateral wall of a vaginal mucosa behind a hymen, and a real-time PRC is conducted to analyse a qualitative and quantitative microbial count and a CD45 gene mRNA expression level. A bacterial inflammatory process in vulva and vagina of girls aged 0 to 8 years is diagnosed if genome equivalents appear to fall within the preset range per a microbial sample, whereas CD45 gene mRNA makes min. 0.5 units in relation to reference genes.
EFFECT: invention provides the integrated assessment of the vaginal mucosal microbiota together with an inflammatory reaction marker by using quantitative real-time PCR technique.
