DEVICE FOR PREVENTING A PERSON FALLING DURING ASCENT AND DESCENT (EMBODIMENTS) Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A62B35/00

Abstract RU 2735137 C1

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric power industry, namely to devices for prevention of falling of person at lifting and lowering to supports of overhead transmission lines and portals of open distribution devices of electric stations and substations. Device consists of rigid anchor line formed of composite series-connected safety guides, and moving along it safety device of slide type, fixed through shock absorber, sling or directly by carbine to safety tether, put on person and locking on rigid anchor line at falling of person. Lower part 1 of rigid anchor line is equipped with loops (bushings), in which cantilever steps are installed and removed during ascent and descent. Rigid anchor line on support 4 with fractures 5, 6, belt angles 9 is made of safety guides 7, 10 in form of bending or wave, respectively. In the application there are also technical solutions made according to independent claims 5 and 8, the design features of which are described in the description and in the drawings, fig. 5–16. Proposed device to prevent a person falling when lifting and lowering to supports of overhead power transmission lines and portals of open distribution devices of electric stations and substations is a universal device in terms of its functional purpose, since it provides effective, reliable and trouble-free protection of a person against falling at high-altitude facilities (supports and portals of overhead transmission lines and open distribution devices of electric stations and substations).

EFFECT: this makes this device indispensable during construction and operation, in particular, of open electric power facilities of high class of voltages.
