SUBSTANCE: application describes a system for wireless monitoring of operating and production parameters of machine (10) for production of food products, in particular, a clipping machine having a hermetically sealed housing (12) protected from at least moisture. System includes at least one measurement and control device (14) for controlling the production process carried out by machine (10), and measurement of operating and / or production parameters of machine (10), wherein said at least one measurement and control device (14) is installed in sealed housing (12); means (18) for determining operational parameters for determining operating parameters of machine (10), wherein said operating parameters determining means (18) are installed in machine (10) and connected to at least one measurement and control device (14); means (20) for determining production parameters for determining production parameters of machine (10), wherein said means (20) for determining production parameters are installed in machine (10) and connected to at least one measurement and control device (14); at least one wireless communication device (16), which is installed in sealed housing (12) and is connected to at least one measurement and control device (14); user interface and display device (22) installed outside sealed housing (12), wherein said display and display interface device (22) is connected to at least one measurement and control device (14); and at least one smart device (30) comprising at least one optical reading device (34), wherein said at least one wireless communication device (16) is configured to generate credential data for wireless communication and encoding accounting data by a binary code which can be read by optical reader (34) of smart device (30) from user interface (22) device and display.

EFFECT: disclosed is a system for wireless monitoring of operational and production parameters of a machine for producing food products.
