FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for supply of working liquid in the form of oil into actuating hydraulic mechanisms operating under conditions of necessity of protection against ignition, mainly in conditions of underground mine workings during extraction of mineral with availability of explosive environment. Motor-driven hydraulic pump is made in the form of hydraulic motor. There is oil tank, pressure and suction oil hydraulic line of hydraulic pump, drain hydraulic line. Pressure and drain hydraulic lines of hydraulic motor are connected, respectively, to external supply and discharge working fluid pressure and drain hydraulic lines. There is a device for emergency shutdown of the engine and a device for switching on and off the oil supply with the pressure hydraulic line of the hydraulic pump. Pressure hydraulic line of hydraulic motor is connected to hydraulic motor in direction in it by means of parallel to each other devices, one of which is made with crane function with presence of external control, and other - with function of normally closed hydraulically controlled valve with control cavity, connected with pressure hydraulic line of hydraulic pump. Pressure hydraulic line of hydraulic pump has connection to oil tank in direction towards it by means of parallel to each other devices, one of which is made with crane function with presence of external control, and other is made in form of fuse, capable of communicating pressure hydraulic line of hydraulic pump with oil tank at actuation temperature, value of which is lower than oil flash point.

EFFECT: safety of operation of pumping unit located nearby actuating mechanisms of mining machines when using oil for supply of actuating hydraulic mechanisms in conditions of presence of explosive environment with provision of thermal protection of hydraulic system and protection against leaks without considerable complication of design and when combining elements of emergency shutdown devices of the engine and switching on and disconnecting oil supply with pressure hydraulic line of hydraulic pump.
