FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: section of mechanized support relates to mining and can be used for roof fixing, mine pressure control and crushing of oversized boreholes during mining of mineral deposits in mechanized cleaning complexes with main conveyor. There are metal structures with a roof rail, a hydraulic system with a working fluid flow control system and with a drain and pressure hydraulic lines, hydraulic supports with connection to a pressure and drain hydraulic lines of an emulsion of a powered support. There is a manipulator connected to the top part by means of a rotary bracket providing the possibility of the manipulator rotation in the horizontal plane by means of the bracket turning hydraulic cylinder. Proposed manipulator comprises hydraulic hammer and articulated links that can turn in vertical plane by means of hydraulic cylinders. One of links is connected to rotary bracket, and another is combined with hydraulic hammer. Manipulator link attached to the swing arm is telescopically extended by a hydraulic cylinder for telescopic extension. Piston and rod cavities of hydraulic cylinder of rotary bracket, hydraulic cylinder for telescopic extension and hydraulic cylinders of manipulator links turn are connected to drain and pressure hydraulic lines of hydraulic system with possibility of their locking with hydraulic hammer inoperative. Piston and rod cavities of hydraulic cylinder of rotary bracket, hydraulic cylinder for telescopic extension and hydraulic cylinder of turn of manipulator connected to top part by means of rotary bracket are connected individually with drain hydraulic line of hydraulic system by means of device with function of normally closed hydraulically controlled valve. Control cavity of device with function of normally closed hydraulically controlled valve is interconnected with hydraulic line of hydraulic drive of hydraulic hammer, in which only during its operation there is pressure of working liquid, the value of which is sufficient for control of device with function of normally closed hydraulically controlled valve.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of destruction of moving over the main lane conveyor of oversize by simplification of synchronous movement of hydraulic hammer destroying it with stabilization of spatial position of hydraulic hammer.
