FIELD: electrochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrochemistry, namely to catalytically active porous composite materials, which can be used as bearing electrodes of electrochemical devices, and more specifically in solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) as an anode substrate carrier. In compliance with this invention, solid oxide fuel cell is produced so that cast-in current layer and functional layer are cast separately on film, then laminated and burnt. An electrolyte layer is then applied on the obtained sintered two-layer structure. Before annealing of laminated structures at corners, rounding of specified radius is formed. Firing is performed using porous refractory supports with grinded surface. On the workpiece of the two-layer structure placed on the porous refractory supports, before sintering, porous refractory plates-weights are installed, surface of which on the side of contact with the two-layer structure is ground, and on the side opposite to the side of contact, a relief is made in the form of recesses and ledges.
EFFECT: reduced deformability of SOFC structure with anode supporting layer, higher mechanical strength without loss of power characteristics.
