FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to equipment for catalytic cracking of ethylene. Shutoff valve with two plates includes valve body, valve cover, valve stem, guide plate, eyeglass plate assembly, bypass hole assembly, plate spring assembly and valve assembly made of plates and wedges. Guide plate is fitted in valve chamber formed by valve body and valve cover. Spectacular plate in assembly forms a mounting support for the bypass assembly and the valve assembly from the wedges and plates in the valve chamber, the spectacle plate assembly is movable together with the bypass assembly and the valve assembly from the wedges and plates in the valve chamber, and floating seals are formed near the contact surface between the bypass assembly and the guide plate and near the contact surface between the valve assembly of the plates and wedges and the guide plate. Bypass opening assembly is adjustable, that is distance from surface to surface and sealing force between sealing surface of bypass hole assembly and the sealing surface of the valve body are adjustable so that a straight through pipeline is formed and an elastic seal is formed between the bypass hole assembly and the valve seat in case the valve is fully opened. Plate-type spring assembly is used to overcome the friction forces of the valve assembly from the plates and wedges and the bypass hole assembly during the valve closing process. Valve stem is configured to transmit driving forces during valve opening and closing processes.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing sealing efficiency, including automatic control of double-sided sealing of the valve, reduced risk of damage to the disk spring, and in case of its damage simplification of the service process, production of replacement without removal from the pipeline.
