FIELD: pipeline valves.

SUBSTANCE: rotary butterfly valve with triple eccentricity contains a housing in which a seat with a sealing surface is placed, and a valve in the form of a disk mounted on a drive shaft installed in the housing on bearings perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of its through hole with an offset relative to the specified axis, while the seat is made removable in the form of a metal ring and is equipped with a means of its fixation from axial movement and elastic elements. The housing is made with an inspection window, closed by a lid. Drive shaft is with an elongated shaft cover, on which an anti-drip plate is installed. The drive shaft is mounted in a housing with bearings and with a shaft cover bearing. Means for fixing the seat are made in the form of an internal stop in the housing on one side and a ring fixed with a retaining ring on the other side. The seat is secured against axial movement by tightening the screws so that the ring rests against the retaining ring and the seat rests against the internal stop of the body. The sealing surface of the seat in contact with the O-ring has increased wear resistance due to the hardening wear-resistant layer applied to it. The ring seal is made in the form of a stacked seal, consisting of stainless steel rings, between which graphite rings are installed, and is installed in a disk fixed by a clamping ring, in the holes of which screws with spring washers are installed. Graphite gaskets are used in the seals housing - inspection window cover, housing - seat, disc - ring seal, housing - shaft cover, housing - bottom cover. Springs are used in the design of the gland assembly. The position of the disk relative to the shaft is fixed from rotation by keys, from axial movement - by an installed axle with a lock washer and nut. The position of the drive shaft relative to the housing is fixed by a thrust washer with screws installed from the end of the shaft, a sliding washer and a bottom cover with a graphite gasket. The housing is fitted with a sliding washer made of stainless steel coated with polymer tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Parts of the butterfly valve are made of materials that ensure its performance during operation in the temperature range from minus 200 to 350 degrees Celsius.

EFFECT: improving reliability by ensuring the tightness of the seal between the seat and the housing when the medium flow is directed to the disk from the side of the seal, reducing maintenance time by eliminating the dismantling of the product and carrying out repair work on the pipeline.
