FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the internal combustion engines. Centrifugal corrector of angular position of cam shaft of internal combustion engine contains coaxially arranged plate (1), driving and driven elements (2) and (3) of kinematic chain of torque transmission from crankshaft to cam shaft, connected to each other by two dynamically balanced centrifugal mechanisms mounted on plate (1). Plate (1) is rigidly connected to driven element (3). Each mounted on plate (1) centrifugal mechanism comprises double-arm lever (4), one arm of which is connected to driving element (2) by means of gearing. Second arm of lever (4) by means of gear engagement is connected to gear rack (7) with elements (9) of the centrifugal mechanism active mass pack placed on its shank. All elements (9) of active mass pack are installed with possibility of movement along guides (11) together with rack (7) radially and rectilinearly only in active condition. Termination of force interaction of mass elements with rack (7) is alternate starting from the most remote from axis of rotation. Movement of mass elements (9) is limited by stopping device (8). Each inactive element (9), which has lost power interaction with rack (7), serves as a stop for adjacent active element (9).
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability and simplification of manufacturing technology of device.
