FIELD: steam turbines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotary sealing devices in steam turbines. Locking element (20) of rotor (22) is designed to hold circumferential seal (24) in steam turbine and has main part (26) with main axis. Main axis passes in a direction substantially perpendicular to the axial direction (A) in the steam turbine. Main part (26) has first pair of opposite sides (28), second pair of opposite sides (30), upper surface (32), lower surface (34), extraction, chamfer or bevelled edge (36) and groove (38). Second pair of opposite sides (30) passes between first pair of sides (28). Upper surface (32) and lower surface (34) pass between second pair of sides (30). Recess, chamfer or chamfer (36) pass between the first side of the first pair of sides and the lower surface along the entire length of the main part along the main axis. Groove (38) is made in main part and passes along section of its length along main axis between second pair of opposite sides and forms hole in second side from first pair of sides. Disclosed are a rotor assembly of a steam turbine and a steam turbine.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the possibility of mounting/dismantling components of circumferential seal and reducing wear and problems caused by failure of components.
