SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in equipping aircrafts with antennae of various types and purposes. Device for installing an antenna and a radar-transparent aerial aerial on the aircraft comprises mounting panel (1), equipped with antenna mounting elements, fixed on aircraft body (2), and elements for attachment of radiotransparent fairing (3) to this panel. Mounting panel (1) is fixed on aircraft body by support posts (4, 5). First ends (6) of posts are locked on housing (2). Second end of at least one of posts (4) is connected to the panel by means of rod (7) equipped with hinges (8, 9) on both ends, and at the rest support posts the second ends are locked on the panel. Fairing (3) is fixed on mounting panel (1) with fastening posts (10), the ends of which (11, 12) are fixed on panel (1) and on the cover of fairing (3) respectively. One of the fairings mounting posts is made of radiotransparent material.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at decoupling of fairing structure and mounting panel from deformations of aircraft body without reducing quality of operation of receiving-transmitting antennas.
