FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft (AC) for various purposes, specifically to AC, having a homing head with an antenna system, which is placed in the housing of an antenna radome made of a radiotransparent composite material. Housing of the head antenna radome of AC comprises a shell from a radiotransparent composite material based on fiberglass, with a through hole made along the front end, coaxial to the axis of the shell, in which a tip from erosion-resistant metal material is installed, and along the rear end the shell is rigidly connected to the butt frame with attachment elements to the housing AC, in addition, the tip comprises a front and a support part, wherein the front part of the tip is made with an outlet to the outer contour AC, and the support part is made with the formation of a step with the front part and is placed in the hole on the front end of the shell with the step against its end, through hole along front end of shell is made smooth, on protruding inside the shell of the support part of the tip there is a thread for rigid attachment of the tip to the shell by means of a washer and a nut, wherein the nut on the outer side surface is cylindrical and has a closing rear wall in the form of a cone, in which through process holes are made parallel to the axis of rotation of the nut, in addition, the washer on the outer support surface is made conical, with maximum approximation to the profile of the inner surface of the shell, and the maximum outer diameter of the washer is greater than the outer diameter of the nut, also, the tip is glued to the shell along its front end and along the surface of contact with the shell, the washer is glued to the shell and to the tip, and the nut is glued to the tip thread. On side surface of nut there are through holes for connection of cavity formed by tip and nut with cavity of shell. Method for assembling the housing of the head antenna radome of AC consists in the fact that a tip is installed on the shell, forming an adhesive joint therewith, then a washer is installed on the support part of the tip, forming an adhesive joint with the shell and the tip, and after hardening of the glue, the nut is installed with the glue application along its thread, using the device in the form of a rod, the length of which is commensurable with the shell, at that, the rod with its pins enters the nut through technological holes, providing its screwing along the tip support part thread, and after the nut rests on the washer, the threaded connection is tightened with a torque wrench, then the shell is rigidly connected to the butt-end frame along its rear end.
EFFECT: reduced labour intensity and improved manufacturability and assembly of the housing of the head antenna radome; higher reliability of head antenna radome housing; providing stable radio characteristics of the antenna system installed under the cover during its operation.
