FIELD: antenna equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna engineering and can be used as a single conformal spiral antenna or in antenna systems for various purposes, particularly in direction finding and tracking systems. In a conformal spiral antenna, a radiator made in the form of a double-start spiral, made by the method of photochemical etching of a flexible flat surface metallized dielectric plate, repeats shape of part of wedge-like or cylindrical surface, guide of which is curve of second order (ellipse, hyperbola, parabola) or ogival curve in form of part of surfaces adjacent to wing edge, keel, etc., and is installed instead of metal skin. Antenna can be used as part of amplitude direction finder receiving module.
EFFECT: full-size emitter provides satisfactory radio technical characteristics of antenna and its serviceability up to lower frequency of UHF range.
