FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for construction. Direct-flow rotary ripper comprises cutting element, rotors, material transportation elements, frame, reduction gear, hydraulic motor, small rotor shaft, large rotor shaft, blades, circumferential knives, end knives, spiral knife, two knives, disk with two teeth. Ripper is equipped with easily replaceable cutting elements, which have a rational profile, properly located and oriented in space. Reduction gear with hydraulic motor is connected to the frame. Torque is fed from reduction gearbox to small rotor shaft and large rotor shaft. Support disk and blades are welded to the big rotor shaft. Holders are welded to support disc. Holder ends are provided with dovetail grooves for three retainers. Plates are welded between blades in each row. Outer cheeks and inner jaws are attached to blades and plates with rivets. Circular blades and end knives are inserted between external jaws and internal jaws. Shaft end is fitted on small rotor shaft splines. To shaft tip are welded: spiral knife, two knives, disk with two teeth. Shaft end is locked on small rotor shaft by locking plate. Small rotor shaft has a pulling nut. Spiral knife, teeth, knives, circumferential blades, end knives and blades are located and oriented in space so that forward movement of the straight-flow rotary cultivator and minimum required torque are provided.
