SUBSTANCE: tool (1) with two halves (2, 3) of the tool, located crosswise to each other in a hinge region, wherein one half (2, 3) of tool forms working area (6, 7) on one side of hinge region, and on other side forms gripping area (4, 5), wherein each gripping area (4, 5) is located in first or second shell (8, 9) of handle, and shell (8, 9) of handle is equipped with functional element (13), protruding relative to flat surface passing along part of shell surface (8, 9) of handle. Inner surfaces of handles shells (8, 9) facing each other, starting from free ends of gripping areas (4, 5), have a flat surface, wherein functional element (13) has connection area (24), which is made as a flat surface or structured as ribs or knots, and functional element (13) is glued or welded to first and/or second inner surface (10, 11) of shells (8, 9) of handles by its connecting region (24).

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of hand tool.
