SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for verification of valuable documents and/or transportation of valuable documents. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the device for ultrasonic inspection of valuable documents and/or transportation of valuable documents, which are transported along a predetermined transport line in a predetermined transportation direction, has transducers of ultrasound transversely to the transportation direction for delivery of ultrasound to the transfer line in accordance with radiation signals and arranged with an offset ultrasound transducers for receiving ultrasound, which is created by means of ultrasonic emitters, and for issuing reception signals, wherein ultrasound radiators and/or ultrasound receivers have at least one capacitive micromechanical ultrasonic transducer.
EFFECT: possibility of quality inspection of valuable documents.
