FIELD: prepregs are molded.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of sheets of reinforcing fibers and reinforced with molded articles. According to the invention, the reinforcing fiber sheet includes multiple bundles of reinforcing fibers, wherein the first and second layers of reinforcing fiber bundles, in which there is no direct adhesion force between beams, are arranged so that they have mutually different orientation of fibers, and are joined together, being attached to each other using fastening elements, satisfying conditions (i) and (ii). (i) The bonding surfaces of the first and second layers of reinforcing fiber bundles have fastening portions which include at least one fastening element, and the average area of surface S1 is 100 mm2. (ii) On fastening sections, the ratio of the surface area of fastening elements to the area of the fastening section is from 0.1 % to 80 %, inclusive.

EFFECT: invention provides creation of multilayer sheet of reinforcing fibers suitable for processing as sheet due to binding of adjacent bundles of reinforcing fibers, which are not directly connected to each other, and also suitable for deformation according to mold configuration during vacuum molding, at the same time with preservation of sheet shape, as well as creation of reinforcing fibers reinforced with fibers of polymer molded article, which has no defects, using multilayer sheet, such as wrinkles formed during vacuum forming with mechanical drawing, and has excellent properties of molded article.
