METHOD OF PRODUCING A NON-BONDED COMPOSITE TWO-COMPONENT HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC D04H1/04

Abstract RU 2735772 C1

FIELD: textile industry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to textile industry and can be used in production of heaters with characteristics close to natural fluff of poultry fluff produced by mixing non-bonded compound insulants and intended for making clothes and sleeping bags. Disclosed is a method of producing a non-bonded composite two-component heat insulation, according to which method comprises aerodynamic mixing of two components, one of which is lint. Method represents a single cyclically repeated discrete process, in which as the fibrous component of the loose composite material is used wool or synthetic yarn with twist parameters of not less than 100/m, cut in a yarn cutting device into 15÷20 mm length pieces, with number of three-dimensional crimps of not less than two with subsequent division of segments into separate staple fibers in mixer-activator equipped with pins located on walls, using gradient air flows created by differently directed nozzles, further mixing with waterfowl fluff in fluff / component proportions of 60/40÷90/10 % and transportation of the ready warmth-keeping material into the dispenser for product filling.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing a non-bonded composite two-component heat insulation material.
