FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining a fibrous component of a non-bonded composite thermal insulation is referred to textile industry and can be used in production of non-bonded composite materials for sewing industry, in particular as a heat-insulating lining material intended for imparting a voluminous shape to clothes and required heat-protective properties similar to natural fluff. Method consists in production of three-dimensional clusters of fibrous component of loose composite heater by mechanical destruction of canvas breakdown synthetic insulation with help of device, on working table of which web is moved by transporting rollers arranged on it, and at the end in front of the slot for free reciprocating movement of the guillotine knife is pressed to the table ledge with pressure roller, which sets the speed. After that, there is pierced, followed by entrainment and separation of the web portion in the form of a fibrous component of the non-bonded composite insulation with rectangular needle-shaped combs, fixed in a staggered order in two rows on a shaft installed on the other side of the slot of the table, under which there is a platform with longitudinal slots, through which during rotation of the shaft pass the comb needles, then fibers stretching behind the three-dimensional cluster, are cut with a guillotine knife and supplied to the accumulator using a vacuum system.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing a fibrous component of a non-bonded compound heat insulation material.
