FIELD: fodders.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to fodder production, in particular to a method for production of a protein fodder additive from vegetative mass of protein-containing green plants and its implementation line. Method is characterized by the fact that the ground mass of green plants is fed into a hydrolyzer with a heating jacket and a mixer, then it is brought to pH 4.5...5.5 with the Na-acetate buffer at a water ratio of 1:1.5. Further, Zeloviridin G20x enzyme preparation is added and the mixture is fermented. 0.1–1 % sodium hydroxide solution is added to produced fermented mixture and protein is extracted at temperature 50...55 °C for 30 minutes. Formed mixture is squeezed in screw press to produce herbal pulp and green juice, which is sent for filtration in filter for cleaning of fibrous impurities. Purified green juice is supplied into a reservoir for protein precipitation with introduction of 1–10 % solution of acetic acid and mixed with subsequent maintenance. Precipitated mixture is filtered, the formed sediment is supplied to a disintegrant and dried in a vibrating dryer by superheated steam with temperature of 90...100 °C of low pressure of 0.02...0.03 MPa and rate of 1.0...2.0 m/s in the vibrofluidised bed to moisture content of 8...10 % in a dry protein fodder additive, which is then crushed in a crusher to size of 0.8...1.0 mm to produce an end product. At that, the superheated waste steam with temperature of 70...75 °C from the vibration drier is supplied to the cyclone-cleaner, and then the cleaned spent superheated steam is divided into two streams, one of which is directed for heating to temperature of 90...100 °C with heating steam with temperature of 118...125 °C and then returning it for drying with formation of a recycling loop, and second flow is used to create negative pressure of 0.02...0.03 MPa at condensation in counterflow with cold water, having temperature of 10...15 °C. Formed excess of condensate with temperature of 55...60 °C is discharged into heating jacket of hydrolyzer with mixer to maintain conditions required for fermentation and extraction.
EFFECT: using the group of inventions enables to produce a high-quality protein fodder product.
