SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions for inhibiting agglomeration of gas hydrate crystals and can be used in oil and gas industry to maintain fluidity in conditions of formation of gas hydrates. Inhibitor for formation of gas hydrates in hydrocarbon raw material is an anti-agglomerant containing a mixture of mono- and/or diglycerides of fatty acids, wherein said mixture is obtained by re-esterification of triglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable oil with glycerol in molar ratio of glycerol and triglycerides of fatty acids of 1:0.5–2 in the presence of an alkaline or acid catalyst at temperature of 120–150°C, and aliphatic alcohols with number of carbon atoms from 1 to 3, with following ratio of components, wt. %: mixture of mono- and/or diglycerides of fatty acids 1.0–90.0, aliphatic alcohols with number of carbon atoms from 1 to 3 - the rest.

EFFECT: technical result is higher inhibitory capacity when used in components obtained by simpler synthesis based on renewable natural sources of plant material.
