SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely normal and pathological human physiology, and can be used to determine the onset of an increase in blood pressure during synchronization and desynchronization of blood pressure fluctuation biorhythm (BPFB). Determine the chronotype and subspecies of the chronotype by assigning a scoring score for the Chronotypes Test. Depending on the score obtained, the chronotype is defined as "lark+", "lark-", "owl-" or "owl+". Determine the synchronization or desynchronization of the patient's biorhythms. For the "lark+" chronotype, the beginning of the BP increase in 4–6 hours with synchronized biorhythms and in 18–20 hours with desynchronization is predicted. For the chronotype "lark-" predict the beginning of an increase in blood pressure in 7–9 hours with synchronized biorhythms and at 20–22 hours with desynchronization. For the chronotype "owl+" predict the beginning of an increase in blood pressure in 0–2 hours with synchronized biorhythms and in 10–12 hours with desynchronization. For the chronotype "owl-" predict the beginning of an increase in blood pressure in 20–22 hours with synchronized biorhythms and in 4-6 hours with desynchronization.
EFFECT: method allows you to quickly determine the synchronization or desynchronization of biorhythms in patients with AH, which makes it possible to predict the beginning of an elevation of AP in due time to identify the risk of complications due to the determination of the chronotype and subspecies of the chronotyp, and synchronization or desynchronization of the patient's biorhythms.
