FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to urology. Intra-urethral spiral is placed in the prostatic urethra under endoscopic control so that the external sphincter of the urethra is intact. Then, male sling is implanted in 4 weeks: skin of perineum skin is incised 5-7 cm. To isolate posterior part of urethra, legs of cavernous bodies are mobilized, and bulbocavernous muscle of perineum is not dissected. Sleeves of the sling system are brought out by the trocars through the skin incisions in the suprapubic region, the sling's cushion is placed under the bulbous part of the urethra under the control of retrograde pressure of the urine leakage in range of 20-48 cm of water column.
EFFECT: method enables treating the incontinence and urethral stricture, improving patient's quality of life, improving urine retention, restoring urination and optimizing treatment costs.
