FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysics. Method is based on determination of wave parameters by means of devices connected by a communication path to ground stations for receiving and processing seismic signals of a tsunami warning service installed in coastal zones of tsunamigenic regions. As devices for determination of disturbance parameters devices are installed, installed on-board of aircrafts, which perform regular flights in tsunamigenic regions, with the possibility of their interaction with navigation satellite devices (GLONASS or GPS) and with water surface of tsunamigenic regions (oceans), wherein to determine disturbance parameters when measuring height from aircraft to water surface, calculating geodetic coordinates of aircraft (ϕo, λo, Ho) with offset, caused by inclination of reflecting water surface (oceans) relative to reference ellipsoid, wherein ionospheric error is eliminated by processing satellite navigation information by PrecisePointPosition method, in its turn, ground stations receiving and processing seismic signals of tsunami warning service based on measured parameters simulate ocean surface water level fluctuations caused by atmospheric disturbances with extraction of tsunami signal on shelf taking into account inhomogeneous shoreline and in open ocean against background of natural long-wave noise with separation of long waves, for which there is a resonance reflection effect, including solitary waves in the form of hills. Forecast of origin of tsunami wave is made by two isolated solitary waves in form of hills, following one after another.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of tsunami prediction.
