FIELD: waterproofing coatings.
SUBSTANCE: waterproofing coating contains a base made in the form of a film of polyvinyl butyral, and an upper layer made of polyvinyl butyral dissolved in a solvent, with a filler applied on the base, at following ratio of components, in weight fractions: polyvinyl butyral – 1–30; solvent – 70–99; filler – 1–200. Solvent used is acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, toluene, butanol, or solvents with fast-evolving reagent mixtures consisting of several listed components. Filler used is sand, gravel, pebbles, shells, metal shavings, glass crumbs, sand-gravel mixture.
EFFECT: invention provides higher strength, safety of operation and longer service life.
