FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic machine building and can be used in gasification plants. Cylindrical support belt is made in inner case of cryostat. On it there is a cylinder with a plunger, which separate volume of internal casing of cryostat on suction cavity, in which the inlet filter and the inlet valve are mounted and which is connected to the cryogenic liquid supply pipeline and the vapor discharge pipeline, and the pressure cavity, which is connected to the cryogenic liquid supply pipeline to the consumer and in which a linear asynchronous electric motor is installed on the lid of the cryostat, which is provided with screen-vacuum insulation, operating at cryogenic temperatures, the rod of which is hingedly connected to the plunger. Pressure valve is installed in the plunger and channels for passage of cryogenic liquid are made. In the cylinder coaxially to the outlet valve there installed is a suction valve and a support with windows for passage of cryogenic liquid. Cylindrical barrel with radial clearance relative to linear asynchronous motor is arranged between cryostat cover and cylinder. In the cryostat sleeve and cover there are channels for cryogenic liquid passage into the supply pipeline to the consumer. Tightness of the pressure cavity relative to the suction cavity, as well as the pressure cavity relative to the external medium is provided by a force from the cover of the cryostat, transferred to gaskets installed between support belt and cylinder, cylinder and cylinder barrel, cylinder barrel and cover, as well as seals between inner casing of cryostat and cover of cryostat.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation and simplified design of cryogenic piston pump.
