FIELD: cryogenic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: in the cryostat housing there is a support disk, on which the spherical cylinder is mounted, at that the distance from the lower point of the spherical cylinder to the bottom of the housing is from 250 mm to 350 mm, and the cryostat is equipped with a heat-insulated pipeline, one end of which is made in the form of a cone connected with housing bottom, in which, coaxially to the vertical axis of the spherical cylinder, an opening with a diameter equal to half the maximum diameter of the spherical cylinder mounted in the cryostat is made, wherein the small diameter of the cone is equal to one fourth of the maximum diameter of the spherical cylinder, and the second end of the pipeline is connected to the inner volume of the housing at height of 250-300 mm above the maximum level of liquid nitrogen poured into the cryostat, and, in addition, a flange with a gasket is made on the housing, on which a cylindrical casing is installed, wherein splinters are secured on cylindrical casing and case bottom and made of stainless wire with diameter of 6 mm and with a hole pitch of 50 by 50 mm. Ejector is installed on pipeline with thermal insulation to remove liquid nitrogen from cryostat.
EFFECT: reduced forces on cryostat structure and loss of liquid nitrogen from action of hydraulic impact at destruction of spherical cylinder.
