FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: hydro-electric power plant (HEPP) includes orthogonal turbine with three-tier rotor, with offset of blades along tiers through 120°. Number of blades in a tier is accepted at least as one blade. On side walls of turbine chamber there made are profiled projections with offset along flow axis by the value of 0.1 to 0.2 of turbine rotor diameter. Working machines, and namely electric generating, water pump, heat pump plant, acoustic horn is connected to outlet shaft of turbine. Automation devices of turbine and working machines are introduced to hydro-electric power plant.
EFFECT: reduction of costs for energy generation by increasing the turbine speed, for provision of self-acceleration and increase in efficiency of turbine by means of the proposed design of rotor and profile of turbine chamber due to increasing the power of working jets, for provision of drive of serial working machines without electric power generation.
