SUBSTANCE: electrical device (1) comprising a heat generating section and a portion for dissipating said generated heat by heat exchange with a fluid, wherein said heat dissipating portion comprises means for generating a turbulent flow in a fluid, wherein turbulent flow generating means comprises a plurality of ribs (12) arranged to be in contact with fluid, wherein ribs (12) of said plurality of ribs are grouped into a plurality of groups, wherein each group (13) comprises a plurality of parallel ribs (12), wherein ribs (12) of each group have different sizes, so that their ends form two opposite sinusoidal waves (14).
EFFECT: improved heat removal.
