SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of adjusting orthopedic insoles. The method is intended for individual adjustment of an orthopedic insole blank to the characteristics of the patient’s foot. The technical result is the creation of a method of individual adjustment of an orthopedic insole blank, which makes it possible to obtain the most approximate impression of the anatomical relief in the area of the arch of the foot due to adjustment, namely, in a state of rest of the muscles of the lower extremities in a horizontal position. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the orthopedic insole blank with silicone supports located on the base of the insole is placed on a special frame with holes located in it along the width of the insole supports, located in parallel. Next, the patient steps, using his body weight, onto a special frame with an orthopedic insole blank located on it. An orthopedist or other medical professional fixes the foot to obtain the closest possible impression. The patient is then positioned horizontally, and the orthopedist or other medical professional manually adjusts the insole supports by pressing on the supports until they are completely in contact with the arch of the foot, to fully mate with the anatomical features of the foot. After maximum adjustment, the orthopedist or other medical professional uses a very thin blade to cut off any excess protruding supports. After this, it is cut along the contour to the size of the patient’s foot. Next, the custom-sized insole is given to the client for comfortable and long-term use.
