FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing elastomers based on epoxy-urethane oligomers used as filling compounds in radioelectronics, binders and coatings in electrical engineering, aircraft engineering and rocket science. Disclosed method of producing epoxy urethane elastomers involves reaction of oligodimethylsiloxane diol with 2,4-toluene diisocyanate in mass at ratio of isocyanate and hydroxyl groups 2:1 with subsequent reaction of the formed macro-diisocyanate with glycidol at ratio of said groups of 1:1 in the presence of a tin dibutyl-dilaurate catalyst and curing the formed oligodimethylsiloxane urethane diepoxide with aliphatic diamines, wherein the molecular weight of the oligodimethylsiloxane diol used varies within 5000–8000 Dt.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce mechanical (dynamic) losses in elastomers in case of multiple dynamic loads by 1_5 times while maintaining their high heat resistance.
