FIELD: epoxy binders.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an epoxy binder for adhesive, filling, sealing and repair compositions. The epoxy binder includes epoxy dian resin ED-20 or epoxy resin EA, which is a product of condensation of epichlorohydrin with aniline, and low-molecular-weight polyamide resin PR-300 as a hardener. As a low-molecular-weight rubber, it contains epoxyurethane rubber, which is a product of the interaction of oligopropylene oxide diol with a molecular weight of 2,000 and 2.4-toluylenediisocyanate, followed by treatment with glycidol, while epoxyurethane rubber is characterized by a content of free epoxy groups of 3.3-3.7%, with the following ratio of components in weight parts, including: epoxy resin ED-20 or EA 100, resin PO-300 50.5-108.0, catalyst UP 606/2 3.33-4.96, epoxyurethane rubber, which is a product of the interaction of oligopropylene oxide diol with a molecular weight of 2,000 and 2.4-toluene diisocyanate with subsequent treatment with glycidol, with a content of free epoxy groups of 3.3-3.7% 10-40.

EFFECT: providing cold-cured compositions with increased deformative properties and strength, ensuring the operability of adhesive joints in a wide range of operating temperatures at temperatures from minus 70 to 20°C, including in extreme conditions of the Arctic and the Far North.
