FIELD: polymers.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for producing epoxy urethane one-pack compositions intended for obtaining particularly strong impact-resistant reinforced composites by impregnating a reinforcing filler with a one-pack composition using a solventless technology. The method consists in the chemical interaction of a mixture consisting of epoxidized resorcinol (A), epoxidized etriol or pentaerythritol (B) and vinylcyclohexene dioxide (C), subjected to homogenization and heat treatment in a reactor with a high-speed stirrer for 20 to 40 minutes at a temperature of 70 to 100°C, with technical aromatic polyisocyanate with stirring in the reactor for 30 to 100 minutes at a temperature of 100 to 120°C followed by the introduction at the same temperatures for 10 to 20 minutes of the hardener in an amount of 10 to 30 weight parts per 100 weight parts of the resulting epoxyurethane. The ratio of weight parts of components (A):(B):(C) in the mixture is from 20:50:30 to 65:30:5. Technical aromatic polyisocyanate consists of a mixture of 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and its homologues. The hardener is 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate blocked with methylpyrazole.
EFFECT: production of high-strength polymers with increased heat resistance and improved technological properties, which make it possible to create reinforced composites using a solutionless technology, and the method also eliminates polluting emissions into the environment, creating the most environmentally friendly conditions for obtaining an epoxy urethane composition.
