SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof specifically bound with IL-33 protein in a reduced form, a method for production thereof, as well as to use thereof for treating or preventing an inflammatory condition. Also disclosed is a polynucleotide encoding said antibody or fragment thereof, as well as a vector and a cell thereof.
EFFECT: invention enables effective treatment of the inflammatory condition.
