FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Immunosorbent molecule is described comprising: CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 of the light chain from a donor immunoreactive molecule of lagomorph and CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 of the heavy chain from donor lagomorph immunoreceptor molecule, human light chain variable domain frame, and human heavy chain variable domain frame, containing at least four of the following amino acids: threonine (T) in position 24, alanine (A) or glycine (G) in position 56, threonine (T) in position 84, valine (V) in position 89 and arginine (R) in position 108 (numbering AHo). Pharmaceutical composition and a bispecific immunosorbent molecule are also provided, containing the said molecule.
EFFECT: antibodies produced by the methods of the invention are suitable for a number of diagnostic and therapeutic applications.
