FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering, automation and information systems, particularly, to parts traceability systems along glass insulating glass production line. System for traceability of the process of making glass components of glass quenched electrical insulators in at least one of the stages: moulding, temperature adjustment of glass components before quenching, tempering of glass components, passage of mass or partial thermoshock tests and control of electrical insulators appearance - consists of electronic analytical complex, control devices for fixing presence of glass components or determination of its destruction at certain stages of technological process, set of software, which enables to record information of such parameters as the position of the moulding kit, in which the glass part is molded, the position of the basket in the transport unit of the temperature equalizing furnace, and the position on the hardening machine. At the first stage, tracking the movement of the glass part along the production line and recording the process parameters by means of traceability software controller, which processes signals of sensors of control devices and operating modes of transport equipment and transmits information on virtual movement to server of software package. At the second stage, information is collected from the first level, tracking the glass components, archiving of the equipment operation parameters, visualization of the technological process. System performs the following functions: registration of insulators location on devices of transport mechanization; virtual movement of the insulator along the line between predetermined positions of virtual traceability; visualization of production process on section; signalling the exceeding of the average value of the damaged parts at the positions of the quenching machine; recording process operations and parameters in relation to insulator number; fixation of destruction according to data of machine vision subsystem.
EFFECT: reduced amount of defective products.
