SUBSTANCE: device includes the first controller (1), the second controller (2) and the third controller (3). The controller (1) is equipped with analogue inputs (4) and discreet inputs (5) for connection to corresponding outputs of cubicle switchboard cell status sensor (6). The controller (2) is equipped with sequential port (7) that is connected to touch screen (8). The controller (3) is equipped with discreet inputs (9) for connection to cell status sensor (6) and discreet outputs (10) that are connected with relay signal conditioner (11) for cell (6) control. Controllers (1), (2) and (3) are interconnected by internal local area network (LAN) (12). Controllers (2) and (3) are equipped with Ethernet double ports: controller (2) - the first double port (13), controller (3) - the second double port (14) that are designed for connection to station bus (15) and bus (16) of digital substation process correspondingly.

EFFECT: improvement of digital processing efficiency and stability of cubicle switchboard cell control.
