FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for cooling of active elements of a power transformer and selection of excess heat generated by them for the purpose of heating objects located nearby. Power transformer with excess heat removal system comprises magnetic conductor, windings and is equipped with fiberglass tank connected to cover and expansion tank, dielectric liquid level indicator and sensor installed on the expansion tank. Double-circuit spiral copper heat exchanger with tubes of double profile is arranged inside the tank along the perimeter of its walls. Valves for connection of heat exchanger circuits are installed on heat exchanger tubes. Insulation of windings from epoxy or polyester resin with addition of mineral filler is arranged between coils of windings. Dielectric liquid Sofeksil-TSZh is filled with free space inside the tank. Microcontroller is installed on tank surface. Temperature sensor is arranged inside the tank. Spiral heat exchanger is connected to system of use of excess heat of power oil transformer for heating of nearby objects, which provides circulation of intermediate liquid heat carrier on spiral heat exchanger and is controlled by microcontroller, to inputs of which are connected temperature and level sensors are connected, and its outlets are connected valves of main and reserve circuits connection at inlet and outlet of spiral heat exchanger.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of possibility of removal and use of excess heat.
