FIELD: devices for outputting images.
SUBSTANCE: volumetric display includes a curvilinear screen, as well as an image projector, at least one lens, a unit for accurate determination of the position of the user's head, connected to a computing unit connected to the projector. Computing unit is configured to recalculate image perspective in virtual space depending on coordinates and direction of rotation of user's head in three-dimensional space to create a user's illusion of free movement in virtual space. Computing unit is connected to screen surface shape changing module, located on screen outer side, and configured to change the shape of the surface of the screen by pressing on it with a set of sliding elements included in the module for changing the shape of the surface of the screen.
EFFECT: invention provides adjustment of the image depending on the position of the user's head, including its coordinates and angles of inclination, without using special glasses or a helmet.
