FIELD: communication equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to subscriber device for scheduling using uplink radio resources. Subscriber device comprises: receiving device, which receives from the radio base station an uplink resources scheduling message indicating uplink radio resources, which can be used by subscriber device to perform uplink transmission through unlicensed cell, wherein the receiving device receives from the radio base station an uplink resource scheduling message associated with the first step resource scheduling message; a processor which determines whether the first stage resource planning message is valid, wherein processor determines, when receiving second stage resource scheduling message, that uplink transmission is scheduled, in case the processor determines that the message of resource planning of the first stage is valid, wherein determining whether the first stage resource planning message is valid, is based on determining whether uplink transmission was initiated by another second stage resource scheduling message for a predetermined period of time before receiving said resource scheduling message of the second step, and a transmitting device, which, if the processor determines that uplink transmission is scheduled, performs uplink transmission through an unlicensed cell.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of carrying capacity.
