FIELD: radio scheduling.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to scheduling using uplink radio resources. The UE receives a first stage uplink resource scheduling message from a radio base station indicating uplink radio resources in order to perform uplink transmission through an unlicensed cell. Additionally, a second stage uplink resource scheduling message that is associated with the first stage scheduling message is received. Upon receiving the second stage resource scheduling message, the UE processor determines that uplink transmission is scheduled if the first stage uplink resource scheduling message is valid. The first stage uplink resource scheduling message is determined to be valid based on determining whether or not uplink transmission is initiated by another second stage uplink resource scheduling message within a predetermined period of time before receiving the second stage uplink resource scheduling message. The UE then performs uplink transmission.
EFFECT: making it possible to prevent multiple initiation of uplink transmissions in an environment with multiple UE terminals.
