FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to oncology and endoscopy, and can be used for diagnostic and minimally invasive procedures in lumens of various organs, including tracheobronchial tree in central lung cancer.
EFFECT: combined use of two photosensitizers in the form of chlorine e6 and indocyanine green and optimization of registration mode of their fluorescence at the stage of diagnostics combined with targeted irradiation simultaneously in two spectral regions at wavelengths, optimal for each of photosensitizers, provides enlarging the type of information on tissue state with possibility to detect signs of cancer tissue and increases efficiency of its destruction.
