FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to bariatric surgery, and can be used for intraoperative visualization of a breach of tightness of a machine stitch in longitudinal gastrectomy. That is ensured by introducing a dye into the gastric lumen through a nasogastric tube. Dye used is a fluorescent solution of indocyanine green, which is introduced in concentration of 0.01–0.1 mg/ml in an amount equal to the volume of the remaining part of the stomach. In 1–2 minutes after dye introduction visual inspection of machine stitch in light of infrared fluorescence is carried out using excitation wavelength of 750–810 nm and wavelength of detected fluorescence of 820–860 nm.
EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy of machine stitch tightness diagnostics, reduced risk of complications.
